Hey everyone, I have recently done some new mods to my 2011 WRX - Internal ID: AE5IA10L. So current mod list is: FP Red Turbo and 3 inch inlet Process West V mount intercooler Catless Downpipe and catback 1000cc ID's 340 fuel Pump Grimmspeed uppipe and 40mm turbosmart EWG EBC obviously TGV deletes I have two maps that I use at the moment - one for E85 and one for 92 pump. If anyone can make me a new basmap for the new turbo and EWG i would greatly appreciate it. Also if you can't make a e85 map thats fine I can ajust later fot the injector scaling, i really just need help dialing in the WGDC's, boost targets, timing and AFR.
I will upload the maps I used for before the turbo and wastegate installs.

just start with 0% duty min/max and a target boost of 0.8bar and that's your base - once you've confirmed your AFR is good and there's no knock then you'll start to slowly ramp in the boost and up your target value accordingly.

What about it? Your initial and max duty will be zero - any %age adjustment of zero is still zero

OK so if there is anyone in the future looking for a base map for a similar build, here is what I got so far, hits 24 PSI with a 40mm turbo-smart EWG with a 24psi spring combination. I think It needs work with the MAP sensor settings because under WOT i get a CEL for MAP sensor high voltage. This map is for pump gas and E85, Just change the injector scaling, I have not advanced timing or AFR for E85 so its safe with 92, you defiantly can get more power on this map yourself if you are on e85 and you lean it out a bit and advance timing. Made 602 WHP and 737 FT TQ on Superior Subie and Imports Dyno Jet. Considering this tune is extremely rich and conservative Im pretty happy, can and will be more as I continue to improve the tune! Mod list is in the first post of this topic. I will attach a data log if anyone wants to help improve this tune.

you need to up your "MAF Limit (Maximum)" value - you have it set to 300g/s but your MAF scale goes up to 375.35g/s and your log you can see your capping out at 300g/s from about 4250rpm. This will be making a mess of your fuel table as you won't be able to scale the maf properly.
Speaking of limits - you're also over your 4.0 engine load limit A (maximum) and that will also be playing with your wideband AFR's.
Your a/f correction #3 its probably worth zeroing out as well - you've got a -3 to +2.58 correction for a/f#3 and eventually that could put your AFR's a good bit off what you expect them to be unless you're still running the cat.
Fine correction range for knock control also disables above 3.0 g/rev so i hope you set your timing with some det cans on.
For the MAP sensor error - bump up the "high input CEL above" value under manifold pressure sensor, otherwise if you go past 4.6 volts on the map sensor for more than 8 cpu cycles you'll get the fault code logged.

No worries if you can make better logs it would be good, throttle position is usually handy to have along with the wideband reading

Can you possibly elaborate on which tables to change for these issues I quote below?
"Speaking of limits - you're also over your 4.0 engine load limit A (maximum) and that will also be playing with your wideband AFR's.
Your a/f correction #3 its probably worth zeroing out as well - you've got a -3 to +2.58 correction for a/f#3 and eventually that could put your AFR's a good bit off what you expect them to be unless you're still running the cat.

Prolly a super dumb question, but I'll ask it anyway without any shame.
In the E85 tune I noticed your fuel map is still 14.7 vs the stoichiometric for E85 (9.862). Why is that? My assumption is that the O2 is reading the same values in the exhaust gas no matter the fuel type because that reading is the amount of unburnt fuel vs fuel type in the gases. To control the fuel delivery increase for e85 you're using the fuel injector scaling right?

yeah the o2 sensor is reading in lambda and romraider logger/editor converts it to AFR for you to look at but its all in lambda really. injector flow rate would be the biggest change usually when switching fuel to e85.
