I know its been a year already, but check VGT actuator operation for power loss around 2500rpm. seems like its a pretty common issue. Mine also had it, but with excercising it with apropriate driving style made the problem go away.

I solved this problem on my car by installing used turbo from another car. Mine was 350 000km driven, the other which I installed was 150 000km driven. No more problems.
