Does anyone know how to properly adjust the injector timing? I still have Carberry base injector timing map but I think with id1300 injectors I may need to fine tune the timing around the 2000rpm range.

one kind of simple way is to tune your VE map/maf scaling to a very small amount of error - then experiment with different angles (start at say flat 360 like many OEM tunes use) increment say 10 degrees at a time up and down.
Log a good repeatable drivecycle on each setup and then compare your injector pulsewidth on each setting - the theory is then whichever injection angle provides your same AFR with the least amount of injector pulsewidth is going to be the most efficient at that point in time on your table.

That's what my tuning class's were talking about I just wanted a second opinion on that before I started though they were saying 20 degree increments but I like the more conservative process as I dont wanna make my turbo glow. haha Thanks.

Yeah 20 will take less time if you make 3x maps say one at flat 360, one at 340, one at 320, make a big log of the same drive pattern on each and look at the results then you can see where you've gone too far or not far enough based on the trends. I think there's a spreadsheet on here to help calculate it too?

That would help I know on my oem cams for ej205 is 7ATDC so its 180-7+180=353 max before you send fuel out the exhaust.

Is there any way to log the injector timing in romraider or is that not in the definition file?
