I've used a cheap OpenPort 2.0 clone from aliexpress for some time, which was like $10 shipped.
Worked ok-ish, but at certain times it refused to connect after I restarted the car. I've had to unplug it from laptop and obd2 port.
I ended up getting a used genuine one.
