|
Can any one of you could show data logs after Hitachi ECU was flashed with modified ROM, to get rid of jerking between 2000-3000RPM. I've flashed mine ECU and want to compare logs.

I'm asking for data logs while engine is working on "cured" ROM, not a ECU ROM.

cortin wrote: your jerks are most likely due to the CVT operation do you mean AVCS? Looking at the logs, how the valves on the right and left change, they follow the ECU commands perfectly. What could be wrong with AVCS?

CVT - Transmission, not engine. No problems with AVCS or Ignition.

Roughness Monitor Cylinder #4 in this log you can see how ignition is everywhere under load between 2000-3000RPM. Then there are these jerks, there is no smooth acceleration.

you have AFR 15-18 under load.

MAF, fuel pressure - check I put the old MAF on for testing, but there was no difference in this jerking. Below is the LOG with the new MAF, Lambda under load is around 0.9 Attachment:
