if you're seeing giant fuel trims then you need to start tuning the VE table to suit. Because its a VE table you have to tune each rpm/map cell to suit your car so its a little more involved than working out a MAF scale.
oh and a lot of the codes i would guess are because you dont have the things its looking for, there's a few code fixes you can turn on for most of them.

Ok I'll start looking into the ve tables. I currently uploaded previous tune I had since I had a 30 mile drive home. Gonna work on the maps tomorrow at works, at least look at them see what's up. Went and disabled the codes, I think because it was sti rom I got those codes? My stock file and the revision file I got didn't have those codes disabled and no light? They were for ocv, primary coils and 1-4 injectors.
