DccD locked and flashing 6. sport mode locked 7. bettary no problem 8. test mode not working 9. recheck fuel pump, everything is fine.
I checked in some forum, found someone same as me. case happen after fuel pump changed. but did not found out any solution. Could any one please let me know if I got a faulty ECU? or my ECU been locked. If locked did any one know how can I unlock it?

did you reset the ecu by pulling your battery for a few minutes ?
if still the same and it does nothing when trying to start with the lights flashing you may have a bricked ecu ... so search for sh boot mode
anyway I don't understand how this could happen only by changing fuel pump...did you reflashed the car ?
do you have any DTCs ? or no communication whatsoever with the ecu ?

This is a long shot, but I had a similar issue (not fuel pump related, just happened whilst driving).
There is a fuse specifically related to the O2 sensor that's not in the main fuse box (somewhere on the other side under the dash I believe), that if it blows, basically shuts the car down. You have power, the dash lights up, but starter doesn't click, right? And no OBD data / connecting to the ecu?
Let me see if I can find out exactly what the location of the fuse was, I'll let you know tomorrow. Incidentally, mine's also an 08/09.

FYI, the The 'extra' fuse box is directly above the passengers feet, below the cubby hole.

I figured it out, I installed a AEM Map Sensor, the ECU was in protection mode. I disconnected the map, and everything is back!
