Hi there,

It's been a while... quick question.... is anyone having issues with the RR Logger? when I try to open it, it starts but as soon as its up, it shuts down. does not allow me to do anything with it.

I always launch the logger from the ecu editor app first. Think I ran into similar issue or read to do such. Havnt had a problem yet/since.
Open RR ecu editor, look up top on the headline bar & click logger. Then it'll load & open up. Be sure to set your defs & I have saved a few presets, so it's easy to load up whatever I commonly log.

thanks for the response.... I tried that but same issue occurs. It starts but 2-3 seconds pass and it closes out completely. The editor works fine without any issue. it is just the logger.

Try deleting the settings.xml file before opening the logger.

thank for the support. it was a firewall issue on my laptop
