I’m going to be swapping out the td04 for a vf52 in my 08 WRX. Anyone have a base map as a starting point that is close to my mods?

2008 WRX USDM
93 octane
VF52
Downpipe + catback (catless)
Stock intake, stock BCS

I can send you my map I have on my 2010, 18 psi and an extra degree of timing, I’ve been running it for about 30k km now. The only mods I have are a catless turbo back 3”

Swapping to a larger turbo the first thing you'll probably want to do is adjust your Wastegate Duty tables, target boost and rescale the MAF.
Rescaling the maf being the first major step, else you'll have major A/F learning corrections that will throw off the rest of the tune.

I would start with the stock map and make the following changes:
- Change the primary open loop fueling to run slightly richer for safety
- Pull about 4-5 degrees of timing around WOT and interpolate for safety
- Zero out your Max/initial wastegate duty cycle

Go through the process of rescaling your maf.
Once you've scaled the maf i'd consider this a solid base map where you can continue with tuning boost and then slowly adding back in fueling/timing.
