Hey everyone, I just swapped a 2015 STi 6MT into my 04 XT (both USDM). Everything is sorted and working well except that I have no reverse lights and the NPS logic is flipped.

Does anyone know the hex addresses for them on the A2ZJ500J ECU? It is the 04 STi ECU.

I can see the NPS is incorrect since that is available in the logger and my cruise function is opposite, as expected. If it's in the logger definition file, is that the same address I would use to flip the logic?

For reverse, I'm guessing that needs to be flipped as well but I will test it first in the logger. Just need the address for it since it's not defined in the latest version of the ROMRaider definitions or any of the experimental definitions (at least that I can find). If it is, please help me find it!

I've searched and searched and not finding anything so hopefully someone can help me! I would prefer to not have to crawl under the car again after the last two weeks getting all these things figured out, haha. Thanks in advance!

Update on the reverse lights: The logic was fine, it was my LEDs. There is something with LEDs that cause the reverse sensor to not function as it's supposed to. Oh well, back to the dim ass standard bulbs. Better than crawling under there and replacing a reverse sensor for nothing!

As for the NPS, for now I've just disabled it by shorting the harness side to zero out the logic and I turned of the CEL. Still hoping for help from someone so I can put the NPS back into use!

Did you swap the NPS when you did the gearbox swap?

I seem to recall needing to swap the physical sensor so that the ECU reads it correctly

No I didn't. I somehow missed that in all the XT and GC 6MT swap threads I read through. The old NPS was also not working well. It would randomly turn off cruise if I wasn't holding the shifter upward into 5th so I'm not sure how well it would have worked anyway.

I was hoping just to be able to flip this logic and save the $50 on a new NPS and the hassle of replacing it.
