Car is euro e36 328i whir eaton m62 supercharger and some other mods. Recently upgared from 41.0 to 41.3 whit wideband conversion. Now having problems whit idle. Cold start is good but when rpm starts to drop car will shut down. No dtc's. When i adjust fuel maps to lean it runs but it runs rough. It run good whit 41.0. Afr jumps from lean to rich at idle when it happens to idle.

Edit: i copied everything i can from old 41.0 partial to new 41.3 partial. Now it idles nice and good when its cold but when it warms up to 60°c it suddenly goes crazy rich and dies. Starts straight away like nothing happened and die again.

Now i switched back to 41.0 and problem is gone. Car runs good. I would like to know what could be the cause of that becouse i think i will need that 41.3 upgrade some day

Edit: Also noticed that when dying happens. Tps sensor read pops from 0.4%-16.9% whit 41.0 it doesn't seem to effect anything, but whit 41.3 it seem to be reason why engine dies. Changed nother sensor and still same happens.

Still having same issues. Made few adjustments on maf table and it idles now nice, but still goes crazy rich when its starting to warm up. At 60° celsius it goes rich and dies. Tested whit wbo2 unplugged and does the same. Does any one else have this type of issues when upgrading to 41.3?

I experienced this problem. Check that your wideband controller is operating correctly and outputting voltage to the correct O2 input. If the selected wideband O2 input isn't getting voltage, it will go full rich when it enters closed loop.

It does this at idle, so can it go to closed loop at idle? Tested whit out wbo2 and tested whit wbo2 ln lambda 1 and 2. I can log wbo2 and its working.

I have similar problem, idk if its rich or nah but the car dies sometimes when rpm drops. I Dont have proper vss signal. Theese days i will buy new abs sensor and recheck. Also did you try something with the dashpot table and IACV?

i experienced similar issues and still experience some dying, although it's rare now so it's harder to spot.
since ms41.3 gives so much more control, things that were easy with ms41 aren't so anymore... try playing with your ISR tables and special functions, you'll see that AFR goes crazy rich when the car is dying, meaning you need to compensate with more air, also, look at the deceleration tables and adjust fuel restore and fuel cut rpms.

I did buy new sensor. Half of the problem was solved, the car runs fine on petrol, on lpg is different story dies again. Fuel restore didnt do anything but playing with isr did the job right. Still runing rich on low and lean on high rpm. Next step is fuel map tuning and i think it will be perfect.
