UPDATE:

8/13/2015 - revised the scaling of the MAF and improved other aspects of the ROM

This ROM is intended for USDM 2011 STI running on 93 octane, with a turboback exhaust, Tactrix or Grimmspeed EBCS and AEM cold air intake. The ROM is based off ECU ID AE5I910V, going off of my stage 2 ROM posted here:

http://www.romraider.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=9217

Basically, this ROM is the above ROM with changes specifically for AEM cold air intake. Enjoy.

I'd like to try using yours as a starting point, new to the whole romraider experience. Ive got the latest ECU definitions file loaded in romraider but it says i dont have the correct definitions to run your base map. Stupid question i know blame the new guy! lol

Thanks for the advice!

Also what changes should be made to run this map with the stock boost control solenoid?

Hello legendracer97,

on the original post, you will find a link. this link include the Definition files for both RomRaider and ECUFlash.

Don't Flash the Map directly to you car, you need to copy and paste the tables to your map AZ1G202I as a safe procedure.

Stock EBCS is less responsive than the Grimspeed, so boost it will be safe. start logging if you are not reaching you target boosts start increasing Wastegate duty cycle tables gradually until you reach you boost level.

Update, I revised the ROM and improved the scaling, especially in high IAT situations. I also improved the driveability by refining the DBW tables to make certain RPMs smoother during acceleration. New version of the ROM posted.

Hi Ziggy,

Regarding 1st gear boost target. why would you reduce it so much?

Also, I saw you changed per gear timing comps vs. your stage 1 tune. Why?

Thanks,

Christian

INterested in doing some comparisons between my ROM and this one.

Can't open the ROM in ECUFlash. Says ROM is for a 2008 Impreza 2.5i Auto? and I don't have the defs for that to open it?

Any advice would be great!

I’m assuming this is an ecuflash definition issue?

yes it just means you don't have the definition files where ecuflash is expecting to find them.
