This is my first go around with merpmod on a car that needed speed density.

07 STI

Trying to figure out if something is missing or incomplete on the ECU side.
VE changes are have no effect on fueling at idle. Car runs extremely rich, fuel trims maxed.

If anyone is able to take a look I'd be extremely grateful, and will happily throw some compensation to.

All usable files added.

Many thanks!

Try this?

Lowered minimum IPW to 0.3ms

I found with merpmod on my 2006 wrx I had to unplug the front o2 sensor in order to get full speed density regardless of what the map is set to (maf/maf blend/speed density) otherwise it kept using the maf and o2 sensor for correction and trims. it goes without saying you'll need an afr gauge to do this

Hmm it seems that works, I didn't realize the lower IPW was still stock. Appreciate the help!

So forcing it into full time open loop was the only way it worked?

for me yeah. forcing OL can be done in the rom to keep the stock afr sensor but I didn't bother. I also tried messing with the af corrections but I couldn't get it to work properly so I just unplugged it and disabled the codes.

I noticed in your rom the SD Blending Table is wrong, the table should be all set to 100%. I tried this and it also didn't work but maybe it'll work for you
