That's still a hell of a spike. That is with Jeremy's map? When you removed the MBC, did you put everything back the way it was before the MBC?

Yeah, but with the UTEC in place, right? Did you tune the UTEC yourself?

I never had a UTEC. I had a stage two Turbo XS Unichip. I didnt tune it myself, it was already tuned for stage 2 when i got it a year ago. I did have the Unichip installed when i installed the MBC, but the car started to act up even with the Unichip installed. So last night i uninstalled it, my problems started about 3 weeks ago. My mods as the car sits right now are
Invidia Bell Mouth Down Pipe
Blitz Nur Spec R cat back
IC Hoses
MBC
But im on stock ecu right now b/c i took off the unichip in favor of flashing the ecu. The Unichip is sold.

Oh, ok, unichip.
So, to clarify. You installed the unichip and the MBC at the same time. This combo worked fine for over a year until 3 weeks ago when you started to have these issues. Nothing else was changed before or after this period. Then last night you took the unichip off and sold it. But the issues are indentical.
I would still remove the MBC.
EDIT: your earlier post says that you starting having problems soon after you installed the MBC? That means you had problems a year ago?
Anyway, you are having boost spiking issues. You can't tune it out since your factory boost control is disabled. Not sure if you can buy the factory lines and pill at the dealer, but that might be an option.

I bought the car on March 29th 2005
I bought the unichip April 1st 2005 and installed it the same day
Fastfoward past all the exhaust mods
I bought the MBC and isntalled in end of may and it ran fine until late june.
I am having spike issues it seems, im attempting to figure out if i can order the hose assembly from the dealer, i just have no idea what it looks like or that part number lol

Vacume lines are easy to come by. . .it's just the pill thats going to be a problem. If you do find the pill from the dealer post the PN please. Did you call the dealer yet? I know my dealer I always have to go there and look at the diagrams to point out exactly what I need.
