Nice.
So, even people with single scroll turbos can relocate their front O2 sensor to the JDM location and rescale their front O2 sensors according to Jon's chart.
The only problem that I see is that there are more joints that allow a higher probability of a leak which might affect idle. I see a lot of small leaks at the uppipe to turbo and even at the turbo to downpipe (these are stock cars).

Yeah, it's fairly common for the LGT stock downpipe to turbo to leak. I saw it on mine when I swapped out my downpipe (tell tale ash marks). unclemat was missing a bolt and I think whitetiger made a similar comment about his experiences swapping downpipes. I think it's one mechanic at the factory not properly tightening them.

I also have larger injectors. It isn't uncommon for folks with larger injectors and larger MAF housing to experience idle fluctuations even with stock location AFR sensors. I experienced that even when my AFR was in stock location. I experienced it after it was moved. I'm not currently inclined to assume it is a sensor relocation issue. We aren't talking about huge swings. Why would you attribute it to moving the sensor vs. larger MAF and injectors?

Got my car running again and did a really quick log. I changed my settings to this:  And the result was this:  Obviously, the logger is still not reading below 11:1. This was with the StreetTuner logger since the RomRaider logger LM-1 support isn't quite working yet. I don't suppose that should matter unless the RomRaider logger would somehow getting the value differently. Any ideas? Am I missing a setting in some other table? Or have we been beaten and should just let this go to bed?

I would assume it's a table, not the sensor, a wall like that is strange. It would be nice to know, I've got my 3rd dead LC-1  .

It think the ECU is sensing the sensor's current with a shunt transistor which produces a voltage proportional to the current. Then it uses a table to convert that voltage to a current. And finally, it uses another table (the one shown above) to convert current to lambda/AFR. If the voltage-to-current table has the same amperage axis values as the stock current-to-lambda/AFR table, then that graph is what I'd expect to see. Here's a way (I hope) to monitor the voltage associated with the front AFR sensor to see whether it continues to move even after the reported AFR is pegged at 11:1. The Logworks OpenPort plugin includes support for logging some OBD-II realtime parameters. I've added (I think) support for PID $24 based on information at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OBD-II_PIDs. All Subaru turbo ECUs support that PID. Naturally, you must also log an LM-1 or LC-1 at the same time, or the Logworks logger won't work. I suspect the sample frequency from OBD-II will be pretty slow, though. To do the test, you'd need to rename the file protocols.xml in the Logworks directory and then upload the attached file in its place.

If you weren't, then the Logworks logger won't work, according to Klaus Allmendinger (Innovative's chief engineering honcho) in this post: http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/forums/showpost.php?p=31941&postcount=8. If your OpenPort 1.3 didn't work and you were also logging an LM-1 or LC-1, then I suggest you register at Innovative's forums and revive that thread to report the problem.
