Not a whole lot yet. I recently added the Excel spreadsheet (post#2) I used to help develop the model I used. The meat of what I'm doing is there.
I want to do a few more tweaks to my own car so I can also provide some good example running logs. I think my VE map and injector scalar are set too low. I'm barely reading 320-330g/s on a ~115 mph car. It works, but the flow and load are probably way lower than they should to be more comparable to other MAF cars. It's a crap shoot anyway trying to get load and airflow to read the same among cars with different intakes let alone different fueling algorithms but I'd like it to be close. I'd also like to get a dyno sheet for it for reference with all the other stuff.
I will post the entire ROM from my own car with it. There's much more than just SD in there as well. SD, fueling, timing, AVCS, crazy boost control system with 4-port solenoid and ... unique setup on boost PID, etc.
A local is buying a GT30 kit for his '07 STI soon and I think I'll load SD up on his car once it is ready and do the same thing.

Bump. Added source code, disassembly view, my own ROM (!DO NOT FLASH!), XML data information, etc.

I've got Tiny Hexer and IDA Pro and am still hesitant to try and make an 11J map for my car. A walk through on how to patch your rom would be great.

Hold on before you do that. I haven't really checked the ROM thoroughly for stuff that might start you off in a bad spot, or other map hacks. Don't flash that rom, please.
Edit: there was a baud rate change in the old copy. Do not flash it, please. It will make your flash inoperable. I fixed it, but please redownload. There are still changes to maps that have no definitions available elsewhere and I'd like to pick through them to put the flash more neutral, but I wanted to at least get something out that people can poke around in for now.

I think I got a little shortness of breath, when I read this thread title.. Then went back to the sulk-mode, reading of the 16bit's issues with it.. This is something that my car really needs, too..

$300 is a great price for what you'd be getting.
remember not only do you have a tried and true SD system (at least for non-idle operation), you also pick up 3 shift lights, a knock indicator, LC and FFS w/different limits, and a spare solenoid controller -- price out each of those things separately and add 'em up.
i bought mine some 5 years ago for $650 and i've always considered it money very well spent... other than the $300 i can't think of a reason NOT to have one.
