Just signed up for my free picasa web account.. 250mb limit.
I'm hoping I can use the url I'm seeing to post images in a forum. Let's see:

Only works for me if I right click and click view image

hmm.. looks like the forum software doesn't like to utilize images that have no extension (like the param example)
