Anyone happen to know the location (address) that I can query to get the current target AFR?
The ECU ID from ecuflash is 1B14400805 and the Internal ID is A4SGE01C
I can provide the rom if needed. But I'm looking for this to add a param in the logger.

well, if you install the latest logger defs, this is already defined for the 16-bit ECU: Closed Loop Fueling Target* Fueling Final Base*

Helps when I put it into the right romraider directory...
I'm guessing the Fueling Final Base is the product of the table lookup based on rpm/load when its not in closed loop, before corrections, correct?

The fueling final base is going to be as close to the final fueling "target" as you can have in one variable. So, it includes all of the corrections/compensations to fueling except A/F correction, A/F Learning, and per injector comp.

Merchgod,
So does it contain the tip-in compensations as well?

It is simply additional IPW regardless of the injector constant or load. Interesting! I have been trying to get my tip-in dialed in, and I kept seeing a moment of heavy negative corrections right on tip-in, and then it swings positive, and then back to normal over a little bit of time. This is best seen while stationary, or starting from a stop. I thought it was the tip-in enrichment that was causing the rich condition at initial throttle press, however this richness shows up in the "Fueling Final Base" as well! I guess i have some other thing to look for now... Any suggestions at where this negative spike in the fueling base might be coming from? The drop in fueling base at this tip-in event, usually targets around 12:1, which is lower than any possible cell at that rpm/load in my fueling maps (stock). Thanks, pwrx

Hard to say. There are some unknowns related to fueling that I haven't investigated. Key would be whether this is occuring strictly in CL, OL, or CL transitioning to OL. You should also monitor the CL target.

You should also monitor the CL target. My car always had IAM problems, so I'm guessing this isn't 100% (if at all) related to my injector tuning. The issue i'm seeing is all in CL. I have the normal OL/CL delays in place, and stuff... So this is just at a NORMAL start from stop, not laying into it or anything. I'll check out the CL target too, and see how they compare. Thanks, pwrx

Bill I'm having late CL CL/OL Transition Early Closed loop lean spike problems.. Yea I know it sounds crazy but sometimes it happens in CL right before transition - sometimes its right after transition. I can't seem to get it tuned out. My maf v does not drop but my IPW drops by over 1 ms.. I can't seem to find the problem but whats wierd is my AF Correction does not swing with the lean spike...??? Both WB02 and AFR sensor show it..
I'm game for anything to fix this..

Log the final fueling base and cl fueling target and see if it follows your lean spike (Esp. the latter).
