Just thought I'd mention it if anyone is looking for some cams.. a little cheaper than you can get them anywhere else brand new:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250517003193&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT#ht_500wt_1182

I'm stepping up my build and going with some 280's  Snag these on ebay if your interested.. thanks guys!

Dang, too bad this didn't come up a week ago...I could have traded you my BNIB EJ257 280's straight across  I decided to step down to the 272's as I need a somewhat decent vacuum at idle and will be MAF-based for the conceivable future :) My vendor wasn't willing to exchange them but BC was; hoping to see the new set get back any day now.

Go big or go home right!

After doing some SD tuning on two LS1's with big cams, and now that we have SD.. I am confident in running 280s... Might be a little overkill... but I'd like to rev it out to 7600 and make good power all the way out there... and stay in 4th on the strip! and the lope is always pleasant to the ears :)
