But how do I go about adjusting the Pivot Table range in the El Comp Tab...???

Firstly thanks for the putting together this spreadsheet.
I had a few questions about applying this to the mrp comp table.
1. Am I best to zero out the table and start from scratch then drive around to get
valid data then run it through the spreadsheet?
2. If I start with the base map settings do I need to apply the delta between the top pivot table (avg tot corrections) to my base table to get the right figures?
3. Can you extend the pivot table range to greater that 9371 rows in the base line? With the SD card logging I am getting way past this number which screws up the pivot rpm ranges.

All these spreadsheet are great for new people like me but one of the problems I'm having is how to apply these back into RR.

I would rather ask seemingly stupid questions than blow up my car due to ignorance.

You don't make any changes to the pivot table range in the EL Comp tab. The headers are taken from the ROM page and you'll only see the rows that contains data. If your log doesn't have any valid data around 3600rpm, there won't be a row for 3600RPM.

yes. If the pivot table has -8 in a particular cell, then subtract 8 from the matching cell in your ROM table. Keep in mind that the lighter color cells doesn't have much data in them.

Right-click on the pivot table
Select Pivot Table Wizard
Click the "Back" button
Change the range to a higher number

Why?

My front O2 is in the DP, and I am having some oscillations in AFR, I fell if I disable CL, then I can get a more accurate picture of AFR over different rpm/map spots.

I suppose the macros can be modified to generate AFR error (measured AFR - some constant used in the fuel map) and then a pivot table of these errors against RPM and MRP

Can someone explain the steps required for this spreadsheet to list more rpm values. When I first added data from a couple logs, it had values all the way to 4000rpm, but after adding another 3 logs of data, it now only has values upto 3000rpm.

How can I make the spreadsheet display values upto 5000rpm?

I need the steps for how to make the changes that were suggested in that post - what did you do exactly to fix it for you?

The pivot table currently has ~9000 lines. You can change that by right-click on the pivot table and call up the Pivot Table Wizard. On the next window that pops up, click the "Back" button and change the data range.

The ones on the average pivot is the one that goes directly to the MP table right? Just asking to be sure, haha I did an initial revision and it seems spot on. I only got results for 1200 to 2600 though, need to get info on the lower range as well. How do you guys drive to get it, 1st gear? 3rd for 3600 close loop or 2nd gear?

Does it matter what temperature you log for this or it should be the warmest when you get leaner afr?

Is it an ITERATIVE process? if yes, how much pass should be done approximately?

I've implemented a utility similar to this spreadsheet, but in Matlab, to get around the 65535 Excel row limit.

Here it is.

Note that the function data_load_1, loads data in a particular format and will have to be edited depending on the format of your log files.
