The basic idea behind this spreadsheet is to combine several logs and illustrate the data with scatter plots, so that a bunch of logs can be analyzed at once.

There are several pages in this spreadsheet... The first page has instructions for using it.

The next page ("Raw") is a place to page a series of data logs, and the next page after that ("Calculated") is where all of the remaining pages get their data. After pasting logs in to the Raw page, I add or remove columns so that it matches the Calculated page, and then copy-paste everything from Raw to Calculated. The Calculated page includes a bunch of columns that are calculated from what got logged, for example there's an "AFR Error" column that contains the difference between the logged AFR and the desired AFR.

The remaining pages mostly hold scatter plots of the Calculated data, so you can look at it from different perspectives. Some of those scatter plots are useful. Some are useless and were just added out of curiosity. Most of the pages have some hints about what's useful and what's not.

This is a thread for questions and answers about how to use the spreadsheet itself. This is not a thread for questions and answers about my tune, or my logs. I'm going to revise the attached spreadsheet over time, and the data will change every time, so any questions or comments about the logs or the tune will be meaningless to someone who looks at the spreadsheet a couple months later.

I have a high-resolution 24" monitor (1920x1200), so feel free to resize and rearrange things to fit on your screen. You will almost certainly need to do some re-arranging to make the spreadsheet usable if you have a smaller monitor.

File comment: Same thing as below, but in an older Excel format.

File comment: This one contains a couple dozen pulls, some longer and some shorter. I typically only load 5-7 pulls at a time, though. Also, if you look closely, you'll see early signs of clutch slip.

Hi,

I'm guessing this is in a newer excel program, having trouble opening it.

I've added a copy that should be compatible with older versions of Excel. I don't think anything important was lost in the conversion.

I was just about to do something similar (ok, not anywhere near as complex), and I found this!

My question is what do I do if I don't have "Knock Sum" available?
