I wanted to post this Rom up for anybody needing to get something close to this setup. Use at your own risk and watch your IDC! I highly recommend having a wideband oxygen sensor setup! I got a base map from Tgui almost 3 years ago and have been tuning an logging plenty of hours on MY CAR. With 31,000 miles on the car when I started with this map and going through the years of added stuff, this is what I have in my car with almost 70,000 miles on her. I just recently put a header/uppipe on my car due to the heat shield rattling, although I do not recommend it. I did not notice much gains, and had so many problems with gaskets blowing out. I live in Southwest AZ and its hot mainly all year round. Temps in the 120's in the summer time and we only have 91 pump gas here. But 100 unleaded fuel is available at Luvs so she gets some to raise octane levels. For gauges I have Boost/EGT and Innovate LC-1 wideband. Please any comments are wanted! Any questions ask! Now with the list of parts
Stock Turbo & Injectors
K&N Typhoon Intake
Megan Bellmouth downpipe
Invidia G200 catback
Megan header/uppipe
Perrin EBCS in interrupt mode
Greddy FMIC smaller pipe off turbo
TurboXS bypass valve
Walbro Fuel pump
Agency Power crank pulley (dont know if that matters)

I have noticed this map has been downloaded 255 times. Anybody tried this map or used it as a base to go off of? And if so how did it go?

I've used this tune as a base map for 04 and 05 STI.

I end up having to pull 4* from .85 load and below after 2400rpm's
just so the timing retard AFTER a pull reads zero knock.
But other than that, This tune is great.

Invidia uppipe + Invidia V2 downpipe and N1 racing CBE and just a K&N panel filter.

During pulls it advances timing by 4* while achieving 20psi.

Been using this rom for about 9k miles now and many races and the car still runs great.

Applied this tune to 2 other STI's ((2) 04 STI, Just spent time in RR diffing this rom and the stock rom and applying the changes). Both achieve 18psi and advance timing by 5 degrees while under WOT.

Thanks vwsti05/Marc.

hello there, just got back into tuning again and still have my 05 STi with this map in my car and still running strong at almost 98k miles. The turbo is hating life right now and I need to replace it soon, but other than that it still is running strong.

Jay, do you still have the tune you dialed in for an 04? Id love to just be able to make some quick adjustments and flash over my stock tune as I have the same mods and panel filter.

thanks!
