I have tuned several of these setups and they would run well when tuned properly. Latencies must be tuned for proper idling.

This was developed on several cars with hours of logging and tweaking on varying temps, and with WBO2 logging in downpipe location. This also was done on cars with stock intake boxes so stock MAF calibration should be used or use this as a base to tune injectors and an intake. Tune done on 93 octane and long term fuel trims were <3%. Enjoy!

If you don't know what you are doing, don't do it!

Hey thanks for these latency values! I've been playing this week with unknown injectors, perrin shorty intake, and a bone stock ecu. I previously had what I believe is a ecutek tuned ecu but I bought another to tune via opensource. These values cleared up my massive idle and closed loop afr errors pretty well. Now time to start scaling the maf like a mofo.

wonder is this values apply to a 32bit ecu too?

I posted this to another thread but thought it could benefit to have it here as well: After my first injector was decapped I discovered that you could knick the cap in just the right area with an xacto knife and get it started. Between the xacto and pliers, you don't need a dremel. :P

4 x stock used light blue 420.23cc top feed USDM EJ205 WRX injectors, modded:

Scalar: 803.05
Latency: subtract 0.03ms from each cell
Code:
[Table2D]
6.5   9.0   11.5   14.0   16.5
4.368   2.332   1.528   1.044   0.5720000000000001

Per Injector compensation, A/C -0.030 and B/D +0.030 multipliers.
I experimented with this, and between 0.000 to +/- 0.030 the most consistently smooth metering from the CL AFR sensor is with +0.030 and -0.030 so far. Stock headers, intake manifold, fuel rails, and FPR.

Tip-in enrichment:
Code:
[Table2D]
0.44552780800000846   2.8123917120000073   5.179255616000006   7.546119520000005   9.912983424000004   12.279847328000002   14.646711232000015   17.013575136000014   19.380439040000013   21.747302944000012   24.11416684800001   26.48103075200001   28.84789465600001   31.214758560000007   33.581622464000006   35.948486368000005   38.315350272   40.682214176000016
0.28800000000000003   0.28800000000000003   0.352   0.48   0.608   0.768   0.896   1.024   1.184   1.312   1.44   1.568   1.696   1.8880000000000001   2.048   2.24   2.4   2.592

and then all pulsewidth related tables are factored by 420/800 or 0.525

Will add my settings for 2.5L 32bit with stock airbox on 06 FXT
Installed Decapped Light Blue 430cc injectors from 2.0 EDM FXT.

I've started with Jon7009 settings and worked out with my latencies and scalar

We using E30 RON95+ fuel but for stock 550 dark blue injectors we got same AFR results within 3% difference on E0 RON100

Code:
[Table2D]
6.5   9.0   11.5   14.0   16.5
4.298   2.252   1.448   0.964   0.492

Code:
[Table2D]
Injector Flow Constant
815.000

I am not quite sure about tip-in, but i tried to figure out and here is my settings
Code:
[Table2D]
0.4000000059604645   2.799999952316284   5.199999809265137   7.5   9.899999618530273   12.300000190734863   14.59999942779541   17.0   19.399999618530273   21.69999885559082   24.099998474121094   26.5   28.799999237060547   31.19999885559082   33.599998474121094   35.89999771118164   38.29999923706055   40.70000076293945

Code:
Overrun initial injector enrichment (pulsewidth)

Code:

Code:
