To give you all an idea on the direction I have taken this:  I left Target Boost off the screen shot(400/450/500 in far right columns to give you an idea) but the DBW map is the key to getting 'requested boost' with per gear/engine speed being the limiter Intelligent Max requested torque is mapped at my WGDC being 0%(300 max throttle) with boost target being at wastegate pressure(which happens to be column 300)

Can such per gear logic works in EDM or USDM LGT??
such as AE5F301C??

such as AE5F301C?? Legacy also uses the full 6 gear table. Requested torque per gear table A - DD154 x axis - DD0FC y axis - DD13C Requested torque per gear table B - DD26C x axis - DD214 y axis - DD254

Oh, and I forgot to mention - also effectively disabled like the STI's - filled with 500's.

I found another table, directly 'above' the other Per gear Max Req Torque Tables which is also filled with 500. The X and Y Axis are reversed though with 2000rpm,4000rpm,6000rpm on Y axis unlike other tables etc with 0,05.,1 as the X axis I also have found a four identical Requested Torque per g/rev tables just below the Target boost Table  AZ1J500G with a sample of the location, there is 4 of them. <table type="3D" name="Req Torque g/rev" category="TEST" storagetype="uint16" endian="big" sizex="14" sizey="16" storageaddress="0xC1144"> <scaling units="Req Torque" expression="x*0.0078125" to_byte="x/0.0078125" format="0.000" fineincrement="0.01" coarseincrement="0.1" /> <table type="X Axis" name="Airflow" storagetype="float" storageaddress="0xC10CC"> <!-- 0 to 2.8 --> <scaling units="g/rev" expression="x" to_byte="x" format="0.00" fineincrement="1" coarseincrement="5" /> </table> <table type="Y Axis" name="Engine Speed" storagetype="float" storageaddress="0xC1104"> <!-- 800 to 6800 --> <scaling units="RPM" expression="x" to_byte="x" format="0.00" fineincrement="1" coarseincrement="5" /> </table> <description> </description> </table>

I thought I would share my per gear boost control on a 2009 WRX. This is a stage 2 car that is stock other than a downpipe and muffler delete. Please don't just copy and paste this into your rom. You should gradually work up to the values that work in your application. Also be aware that power is dramatically higher in 1st and 2nd gear, so 5MT owners use at their own risk.  It's quite handy to have a column for each gear on the Wastegate Duty tables. I based this on the method that throttlehappy used on an STI.

Tuning max power on a 4eat on 3rd gear then using the pgtr for 1st and 2nd is just plain awesome. No way to overboost in 1st and 2nd anyway. HOw are you guys tackling the sti with just 1 and 6 gears defined as per TH post above?
