This is ETC ROM, RAM and Registers from the throttle controller chip of 32 bit Denso ecu AG572. I hope another ecus have a similar code. 32+4KB ROM 4KB RAM 68HC(9)16 processor is suspected...
Edit:
BootArea is 2 kB and is similar to Denso 68HC916Y5 bootloader with another SCI port used.

I can confirm that it is 68HC(9)16, looks like the ROMID is in the same location as a 16bit ECU "ETCD3551"
Composed mostly of code, looks like a couple tables and about 350 or so constants.
How did you get the code off? BDM?

BDM interface is used. There are a lot of calibrations at 0x7000...

This is boot ROM for 16 bit Denso ecu for comparison.
Denso called this "88" bootloader.

Homebrew if this does matter. I doubt that there is a PublicDomain software applicable for PB BDM interface and this chip... I would like to be wrong. The development came from here: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=2787&start=98
