Implementable. The Legacy/STi logic needs to be applied via a patch :) I have been using it for my E85/98 dual fuel map patch. 98 obviously runs less boost so needs less requested torque in the DBW, E85 runs more boost via higher RT values

Any chance you could share how you did this?

I've successfully enabled Si-Drive on my car with the a TGV input and a couple of hijacked and modified routines.

So it is possible yay! All with a Hex editor!!!

Anyway during a log with Si-Drive mode set at 3(Intelligent) I noticed Si mode switch to zero on a few occasions. I suspect it is continuously being reset in code but the logger is only fast enough to catch it every once in awhile.

I've searched and I haven't yet found the code responsible anyone stumbled across this yet?

Also are there any other parameters or tables relating to Si mode I should be aware of?

I only actively use 2 modes, 3rd is Valet and runs wastegate pressure if that helps with diagnosis?

Not really thanks anyway mate! But that's basically how I plan to run it too!

Have you notice Si-mode switching to zero intermittently? The only reason I picked it up is because I notice the min value in rom logger was zero and then subsequently checked my logs and it was there too, only one line of data every 200 or so.

I'm considering loading Si-Mode from my modified routine into an unused ram address and then just applying that to the code where I want Si-mode functionality. At least then I wont have anything unplanned happening.

Did you install a genuine Si-Mode selector?

It could be related to the SI Drive Intelligent switch to Sport if Acc pedal is above a certain threshold like the STi's?

Mate from Uni did the coding, I have Sport# activated via switch combinations pressed at same time(Cruise AND Brake AND Demister AND Cruise Acc etc)

I actually found the logic for this earlier today and the throttle threshold was already set at 120% effectively disabling it.

isn't there more than just boost (i.e. RT/WGDC) that changes between a 98 and e85 map ?

what about timing, fueling, etc ?

Yes, which is why I used the other 3 fuel maps in my ECU that are undefined and then added a timing additive and AVCS switch map :)

Did anyone ever find out if fitting the SI switch (08 STI) to a non SI (08 WRX) car worked as there must be a lot more experience with these models now? :?:

Did anyone added SI-Drive option to non SI-Drive WRX?

I know this is resurrecting an old thread but I was curious if anyone knew if the 2009 WRX had the wiring for the Si drive switch? I was looking at one of the Merpmod patches to see if it is possible to switch maps using Si Drive.
