Would be great if someone has a good scaling beyond Sard's 800cc / 1.6ms...

OK, so after some tweaking I made a decent scaling.

825cc

11.00v 12.00v 13.00v 14.00v 15.00v
1.74ms 1.58ms 1.42ms 1.32ms 1.22ms

Enjoy!

These injectors have a rather non-linear latency, difficult to dial in at idle. I've improved things now, but I wouldn't personally recommend these injectors.

Scalar 815cc

Latency:
11.00v 12.00v 13.00v 14.00v 15.00v
1.94ms 1.78ms 1.62ms 1.52ms 1.42ms

hi there, i've got the same injectors and i'm having problems dialing them in. but was just wondering about your latency voltages, cause on romraider ecu edit or ecu flash they have a different voltages to what you have. so the question is, is it possible to change the voltages to what you have and use your scaling.

Thanks

Yes. Some ROMs have really silly scalings, like down to 6.5v or something. You can just use my latency table as-is.

I've used your latency and scaling table and it's rich. A/F corrections -25. So might up scaling to 850. Got my injectors flow tested and they were 840cc at 42psi. So not sure now if my injectors are 800cc or 850cc or more. But will test it out when I get them back.

How do you change the battery volt values? I still can't figure out a way to change them from romraider, ecuedit and ecuflash.

I believe this is only possible on some ROM's.

Has anyone get correct scaling for this injectors?
I tried scalings mentioned above but AFR was too rich.

I have just measured latency by oscilloscope.
I did not have option to measure them on exact voltages, so I made measurement on running engine 14.2V, running engine with unpluged alternator 11,5V and RE slightly flatten battery 10.1V
Here is results:
14.2V 1.55 ms
11.5V 2.2 ms
10.1V 3.2 ms
As Sard Injector flow rates are calculated at 2.5 bar, I measured real flow at 3 bar and in reality they are 855cc.
