ECU flashing tools

I'd like to add ECU flashing tools to RomRaider to make it a single solution so people don't have to go all over the place to get the programs they need. I think we can incorporate Colby's ECU flash he way Calvin did in ecuExplorer, but I'm not sure if he's released the latest (1.20) with DBW support.

Newest 1.22 has DBW and editing support.

that would be great if all three (flash, log, and RomRaider) can all be incorporated!
