Be sure to un-zip the file first. If not, you will see that the spreadsheet is read only and give error codes. The slider will then become functional.

Thanks for the tip Andy, unfortunately the file has been unzipped.

Just to make sure it wasn't corrupt etc, I deleted the old one, re-downloaded the zip-file, unzipped to another hard drive, and tried again.

Same issue still persists, on both computers.

Tried it at work and it works fine on excel 2007, maybe its a excel 2010 issue?

Very possible as I too have had issues with 10 and since reverted back to 7... I thought my skills were not advanced enough for the newer version

I'm really stumped, I use 2010. Here is a version that I saved as 2003 format.

Doesn't work either, same issues as the earlier excel.

Will try to get 2007 on my home computers and see if that solves it.

I don't think it will, your running Windows 8? I just 'upgraded' and am having problems with a Windows library as well as the trilookup functions...
One more reason to try to port my stuff to Google Docs...
