Remember inputs will only change if there is actually circuit board traces and supporting components between the connector and the CPU.

In my case, i know for sure that defog, blower, wiper, light, power steering and Ac are entries cause i use some of them to activate options (dual map, antilag, launch...).

I don't know the details of that particular model, but it is certainly possible that those signals are handled externally in some body control unit and broadcast over CAN to the ecu, in which case they would not show up in the ports. I know this is the case for cruise control on CAN models in the US.
Consult the factory service manual for a pinout of your ECU, which will reveal how the signals enter it.

Also consider that some "switches" are derived internally in the ECU code by accumulating various conditions from other signals and sensors and set thresholds.

Any news on this ? I'd love to try/test the CEL flashing on knock on my AZ1G202G - 2008 EDM STI.

I have been working on this project again recently, but the effort is focused on a non-gratis flex fuel patch.
For anything else I recommend posting or PMing a bounty on whatever you're looking for.

Basically, 'I will donate X for feature Y on ROM Z'. Posting is preferred to PM as its open source so someone else can possibly jump in on it I have my hands full with some flex fuel map switching work right now. But.. since I have code/defs for this stuff, I'll be working on it if requested.

Ok, so I'm willing to donate 80$ (I really don't know if the amount it's ok or not - so if the expectations are different just let me know) for having a feature like CEL flashing on knock (FBKC or FLKC) for my ROM AZ1G202G (2008 edm sti). I'm posting an original version of my ROM here because the current version is tuned with ecutek (i'm using ecuedit to read/write) but I can PM the actual/ecuteked rom.

Yes, it is a patch system, however I can't guarantee it will work with proprietary roms. More than likely it will trigger the fail-safes in place and halt the patching.

From my point of view it's pretty similar to the original ROM...anyway..worste case scenario I'll use some kind of hex viewer/comparer to transfer the differences. I'll PM you a copy of it anyway if you would like to test the patching system.

So this has been ported to the merp mod patch that's been released?
I've noticed under boost my CEL flashing but unsure what it was flashing for.
So 1 flash for IAM Drop? (or is it low IAM, what is "low" in this case?) three flashes for overboost + lean, and four flashes for FBKC?
