Check for possible error codes thrown by the ECU. The output gets disabled, when open/short circuit is detected.

The best would be putting a 7.5 - 10 watt resistor to the output and connect a portable (USB) oscilloscope to it, to see if there is an output signal at all.

there is an output signal, thats what I'm saying, the problem is that the output signal does not change when I change the duty cycle on the table wether its 10% or 80% duty cycle the output is the same and it always has around a 1 minute delay even when warm, and I am testing it using a 3 port solenoid

I don't think the current implementation is 100% there yet.
I had the same changes on ms41 and it was flaky and inconsistent.

Some significant work went into adjusting the code behind the scenes which has resulted in a 100% working solution.

It should be in the next ms41 xml release so for those that can wait, you'll be able to pick it apart after that.
