Is this an authentic Openport 2 cable? I don't see any info about its version, and after getting the CAL ID it seems to stop working with "error [8:ERR_DEVICE_NOT_CONNECTED], no devices available"
Try deleting the rr_system.log and settings.xml.
Start the logger select the official definition and set the Logging level to TRACE in Help > Debugging Level, switch to SSM CAN protocol and send a new rr_system.log if the problem persists.
deleted both rr_system.log and settings.xml, restarted everything and set everything back up again with the official definitions. Ensured that SSM CAN was selected and it seems to have connected!
