Andy Damn. Interesting choice in going from a WRX to CTS-V.

LOL! That's what I thought! I guess he decided that he's getting "old" and needs a more comfy ride. I suppose the kid may have slightly impacted his decision, but who knows. He'll probably kick my ass for the old comment Andy

I have flashed this on my 00 JDM WRX(w/sti ej207 and ecu) and got the CEL after i first flashed it. once the car came up to temp i shut the car off and restarted it, havent had the cel come back since

Lance Lucas, did you have to do any changes as far as wiring to run the 02 ecu in the 04 or was it plug and play? ED

My 04 has an extra sensor in the fuel tank (temp or pressure, can't remember) that the 02 ECU doesn't know about and ignores, but that's about it. Took it like that through Oregon emissions (OBD-II scan) as well. This was before definitions for Dwell were available. Being that I was using an 02 ECU in an 04, the only downside to this was possibly not enough Dwell as the 04+ packs use much more from the factory. Regardless, I had no ignition or misfiring issues. Not sure if it's relevant, but I did not have TGV's, EGT sensor, evap purge solenoid or PCV. I suppose if the wiring relates to those items, some work may be required.

Both are partially borked apparently, one does not have fan conrol and the other does not have boost control. I did flash the fan control one, I did not notice any other issues. (replaced ecu in this swapped car and the fans were back). The other was givrn to me with no explination other than lack of boost control. Give me an address and I will mail it to you. Sorry I missed this earlier! Josh
